What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?

Zoho Meeting stands out because it's really affordable compared to other video tools and works perfectly with all our other Zoho apps like CRM and Projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The seamless integration with Google products is what I love most. Since I already have Gmail on my phone, Google Meet is built right in, no extra downloads or apps needed. I can start or join meetings with one click from Gmail or Google Calendar,and everything syncs perfectly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest annoyance is that people have to download the Zoho app on their phones to join meetings. It's an extra step that sometimes delays meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose Zoho Meeting if you're already using other Zoho products or if you want something simple and affordable for small to medium team meetings.
