What differentiates Zoho Commerce from other similar products?

When I first started using Zoho back in 2019, it felt quite simple and easy to navigate through. After just a couple of days, I was able to navigate through the complete portfolio of the company I was working with. Uploading the data was easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that the system is straightforward and reliable when issuing Sales Orders and Quotations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, I didn't find any downsides. The one thing I wanted was customer support for up to 6 days. The themes are fewer and more themes to be added

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest it is simple and easy to understand, and it's economical also, no other software is so economical as like Zoho commerce.

What differentiates Zoho Commerce from other similar products?

The features which includes good CRM, Discount management, easy marketing with email, smooth mobile access, ability to use different currencies and effective customer support service makes it different from others. Other tool may possess some of these features but Zoho Commerce is more integrated and stands out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing orders and managing my inventory is the best part of this product for me. It's very easy to work with and i use it from the comfort of my home. Though it's virtual it enables me to build good relationship with my customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be slow to load or work with effectively if the internet connection is not strong enough or slow. The solution to this is a good internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoho Commerce because it has all the features you need for e-commerce.
