The robust tools for categorising products, uploading multiple images, detailed descriptions, and efficient inventory tracking, including by batches and serial numbers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Switching between themes while retaining my custom settings like button colors, fonts, and layout preferences, saving time on rebuilding the store.

What do you dislike most about this product?

APIs are limited, it's difficult to integrate with a broader range of third-party platforms outside the Zoho ecosystem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Commerce delivers great value for money especially if you need seamless integration with business operations like CRM, support, and finance.
