Zoho Commerce integrates with other Zoho tools that we use, including the Zoho CRM. Zoho Commerce also has more of a focus on monile commerce than many of its competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho Commerce is that it integrates perfectly with other Zoho tools that we use such as Zoho CRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have advanced features or customization options like Shopify Plus or Big Commerce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use a lot of other Zoho tools like their CRM then consider Zoho Commerce first, especially if you don't need a lot of customizations or advanced features.
