What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Cliq is rightly attributed for having a niche feature of real-time messaging and being fully integrated with Zoho products. I find the fact that there is no need to log from the chat to a video call, and also no need to leave the platform to send files, very useful. In addition to this, the chatbot that is integrated into it and the connections it has with other applications make it a flexible tool in any team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

First, it is for the record that Zoho Cliq brings a wide array of options and tools to the table in terms of its functionality, but where the interface is concerned, it is not particularly flexible. This might lead to the receiving end being less interactive than when using any of the other platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It enhances communication in real-time messaging and expedites access to video calls that make our brainstorming perfect. That very thing is that having all information in one place saves time while switching from one application to another and helps to concentrate on ideas and make decisions. I like that all the communication within Zoho Cliq is compiled in one place. The interface is quite simple, and the creation of channels for specific projects or working groups is the effective tool for organizing the work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For instance, it does not come with the built-in design prototyping tools or the set of mood board creation capabilities. Also, the platform's search functionality can be upgraded to make it easy for teams to quickly search, looking for past ideas and discussions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Being a product designer, Zoho Connect has been a big help to us in brainstorming sessions. I really love how easy it is to share visual references and can quickly develop off of concepts that other colleagues are working on. While Zoho Connect hasn’t just helped to increase the quality of our design output, it has actually dramatically increased the feeling of collaboration, team unity, and ownership of our work.
