What differentiates Zephyr from other similar products?

powerful test management tool. We used it forsome time and them moved to a different product which made us realise that Zephyr was much better than a lot of other test management tools in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Test case creation and report generation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Audit management needs to improve .For example if i update a testcase in a later run it updates the test casein all the runs and not only that run .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great tool for someone whohas a clear use case and test case flow. It has breadth of features but they need to be adaptableto your flow.
