What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?

To be honest, I don't know of any product that does what Zapier does. It can integrate almost anything with almost anything else.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the fact that I can build back end tools without coding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The time it takes to set up/test.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Stay organized and plan well and the implementation will be easy.

I've never used anything similar, Zapier was a delight to connect different apps

There isn't any particular thing I dislike about it, it does the job.

If you need to connect different SaaS this app is for you, it will save you tons of hours of manual work if used.

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?

The business challenge I'm tackling is to construct a dashboard for product consumption in Google Sheets. Because the data for product usage comes from Posthog, a data pipeline is required to transmit the data to Google Sheets. It provides a wide range of default templates, which I appreciate because they have helped me become more productive over time. When it comes to logistics, it's a godsend because instead of having to make different connections across numerous systems, I can consolidate everything into one.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's simple to use and allows me to automate activities across many online applications that I use on a daily basis; I can construct Zaps between apps; and I save a lot of time by automating numerous manual operations that I wouldn't perform in a day. Zapier makes it really simple to link with numerous online apps; they have a massive library of suitable integrations that function beautifully inside the UI; I love the fact that I can build conversions from my CRM and send them to Google Ads; it's amazing and requires no coding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On rare occasions, zaps have stopped working and there is no way for me to know until I check into my account to verify for myself; some kind of notice would be useful. Some programs are not totally interoperable or do not have full API interfaces with other apps; the price is also often difficult to swallow, but it makes sense given the complexity the tool solves.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When Zapier detects and channels pertinent material from alias inboxes to the correct audience, it improves reaction times and problem resolution for our business. It's a terrific resource for automating and sending vital warnings to the proper individuals and channels within our business, and it's useful across the Google environment, particularly Slack.
