fresh style and different approach to common solutions that have been around for a long time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ease of use and simplicity for main business accounting needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

not much development going on to add new features and fix issues, seems more or less the same as 4 years ago

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it's a solid platform, but doesn't have everything, lots of add-ons available and fair pricing

What differentiates Xero from other similar products?

Ease of use. Only thing I’d say is it lacks management accounting properties as much as the others. But I don’t use this

Bank Feeds and easy reconciliation

What do you dislike most about this product?

That credit notes can’t be seen when reconciling a payment from the bank to an invoice

What differentiates Xero from other similar products?

The main difference that Xero offers from other similar products is their willingness to work with companies in the cannabis industry, as long as they abide by state regulations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked the intuitiveness of the accounts payable tracking system. It was easy to break down due dates and track check payments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The version of Xero that I was using made annual reporting difficult to complete. I had the sense that Xero was more of a bookkeeping software and less of a full-blown accounting system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan ahead and work with customer service agents to ensure that you have all of the tools needed for end of year reporting requirements.
