When Organizing and Managing Projects, Use Wrike

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Actually, it's helpful enough to simplify the management of your work processes. It's a convenient tool for keeping tabs on what needs to be done and when. A breeze to work with a group. This was an excellent instrument. It was well worth the cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Many requests outside of our department have been automated thanks to the ability to use Blueprints in conjunction with forms to automatically create projects and map tasks. Dashboards, whether customized for an individual or a group, facilitate more efficient time management. When the date of a campaign's release changes, the Gantt chart immediately updates all of the related deadlines, saving us the trouble of individually revising each task's due date.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To launch Wrike, we had to alter our traditional approach to project management. I really appreciate that Wrike allows for three-dimensional project management, but it took some time for our team to rethink how we set up our projects. The video embed tools, however, are both appealing and practical. Furthermore, we had a dedicated onboarding crew that first mapped out the software's use cases for the rest of the company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To manage a project, a lot of data entry must be done manually. This has made it challenging to gain acceptance within the team. Microsoft Project and Excel are still the de facto project management tools. Since Wrike only keeps track of and reports on what is in Wrike, this creates issues for reporting. If the entire team is going to take advantage of Wrike's many benefits, then management must encourage regular use of the software.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product

  • Performance Enhancing

Wrike improves teamwork and communication

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

In my role as a digital marketer, I am responsible for providing my team and our clients with the most effective project and task management tools and the most responsive channels of contact. Wrike is superior in all of these ways and more. The visibility of all team members and their assigned responsibilities makes it simple to monitor the development of a project using this technology.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike's adaptability allows you to take on a wide variety of project kinds and team-based tasks while still delivering outstanding outcomes. In terms of features and quality, it surpasses everything else available. A timer, as well as the ability to proof and approve media files (including HTML) are also included.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Moving emails from people who aren't Wrike users into the appropriate task is a hassle for me. I'm not sure if I'm making the most of everything this site has to offer. To add insult to injury, other members of the team may need assistance locating crucial data to effectively complete their work, and understanding and comprehending feedback for a project is more challenging than ever.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They provided an unprecedented degree of process customization before introducing Custom Item Type, and they've only become better since. The rate at which data can be loaded has increased as well.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity
  • Efficient Service
  • Client Friendly Policies

To Plan and Manage Projects using Wrike

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

We experimented with several other tools, but Wrike proved to be the most useful for facilitating effective project management and teamwork.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike allows our team to be consistent and transparent, and I couldn't be happier with it. Keeping track of everything required too many spreadsheets and manila folders, which frequently went missing, sending employees on fruitless searches across the workplace. We now have real-time visibility into the status of every project thanks to Wrike.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The transition to Wrike New Experience has not gone well for all of my team members. After struggling with the shift for a while, I can now appreciate the benefits and understand why Wrike made the decisions it did. Since we started using Wrike in 2019, I've witnessed steady advancements, which gives me hope for the future.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Managing a project requires a lot of time spent keying in information manually. The lack of widespread support within the team has made progress slow. Microsoft Project and Excel continue to be the project management software of choice. This creates issues for reporting, as Wrike only keeps track of and reports on data that is entered into the platform. Wrike's finest features can only serve the team if everyone on the team regularly uses the product.

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
