What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
It maintains a more centralized communication for projects, on the other hand, I have noticed that in other project management software it is difficult to have a conversation about a project since when you work with multiple projects you lose the sense, with Wrike that does not happen. Another different point of view with respect to other software is that they drastically reduce communication by email with the clients of a project, many platforms still maintain that fixed format, however with Wrike you can have communication both with the work team with the clients being hand in hand with the project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very simple to be able to manage the roles of a project being able to assign tasks, deadlines, resource requirements, etc. Communication is more structured and orderly for each project, this helps a lot so that the thread of a project conversation is not lost. I can easily evaluate the collaborators or supervisors of a project so that I can determine the most personalized functionality and effectiveness for each type of project. You can keep in touch with external collaborators such as clients, helping this to have better feedback and transparency in order to effectively complete a project.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would recommend that they improve the user interface in certain aspects as there are functions that are not where they should be, however that does not hinder the work much, Wrike continues to work normally. There is a very high learning curve to understand how Wrike works, I would like it to have small tutorials and ways to optimize the performance of a project management with simple examples so that it is easier to understand how it works.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wriek is a robust, complete and very professional platform that can maintain a better fluency in communication for a project. It has a support team that responds and solves problems immediately in case of any inconvenience. Its price is very accessible and competitive and it works on different devices, so I would recommend this platform for these basic characteristics.
