It is very reliable with limited downtime. Dev team is consistently adding improved functionality. Support team is friendly and excellent.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike is a very versatile platform that allows you to organize and achieve your goals, save time, and keep an optimal follow-up control. It allows you to develop a versatile workflow with integrations with platforms such as Dropbox, Microsoft Office 365 and Slack. Provides a dynamic collaboration with our work team. This tool offers the best online project management, Ideal for organizing teams that share tasks to complete a common goal or project. It is an online collaborative work tool that has evolved positively over time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It offers a nice personalization of the workspace with the configuration of the work panels adapted to our needs. Assigning tasks based on role is easy. It has a generous number of ready-to-use templates that help save time. Gantt charts, in addition to being interactive, allow quick access to the progress of the project to make timely decisions. Tasks can be easily linked as dependents, set tasks and assigned deadlines.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Wrike is sometimes a bit overwhelming with the number of notifications it sends out. In addition, they must improve privacy between users and customers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wrike allows you to manage and monitor the progress of projects. In addition to providing the possibility of effectively meeting the goals set in the expected period of time. I recommend its implementation.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike gives the facility to collaborate easily with my Team members and assign tasks easily in more profession way especially in Complex projects with multi tasks
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Development Team in Wrike always continuously adding new features and updates beside the online learning for these new features and ease of usage rather than other Task Management tools . The collaboration tools and facilities which Wrike provides makes us capable to communicate easily with the rest of the team members
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes there's Bugs appeared suddenly for the new features especially which related to IOS , but once contacting the Development team they are solving it but it takes time , Other product features are working perfectly
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to track KPI's , Projects dead line and integrate with Marketing team so you have to try Wrike
