Multiple view types, including Gantt charts and kanban boards. Advanced reports for Enterprise and Pinnacle plans. Timelines for time tracking and visibility of project progress. Issue tracking to address issues as they arise. Budget and Expense Management. Task and resource manager.

Powerful program for managing projects

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

The software is fantastic; it interacts seamlessly with my app, desktop, and Apple watch, and it works wonderfully on both Mac and PC. It's like having a whiteboard on the wall of the workplace, only this one is virtual, so my remote team and I can work together efficiently and effectively from anywhere.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We had 35 seats and added three more in a new territory without any personal support or training; instead, we were directed to view internet tutorials and figure out the remainder on our own.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As our team's needs have evolved over time, we've been able to adapt Wrike to meet them almost perfectly. Particularly useful to us is the timer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Project management, time tracking for precise billing, teamwork with reduced email and Slack conversations, and permanent records of all work done. Wrike has been essential in keeping us organized as we've grown rapidly over the past few years.

Wrike Project Management Software Experience

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

In compared to Asana and Trello, two other popular project management apps, Wrike has more flexible configuration options and in-depth features. For individuals or smaller groups, Asana and Trello are more user-friendly and effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike is awesome because it combines a collaborative workspace with project management tools in real time. Having a central location for my team's conversations, files, and project priorities is invaluable. Because of this improvement, our staff is now able to do tasks more quickly and efficiently than ever before.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wrike has a somewhat steep learning curve, in my experience. It took me a while to figure out how to make good use of all the different functions. It may be out of reach financially for certain smaller organisations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Larger groups or companies in need of more sophisticated project management software should consider Wrike. There is a steep learning curve, but the real-time workspace and sophisticated features are well worth the time and effort. Asana and Trello may be more manageable for your needs if you have a smaller team or are working alone.
