What differentiates WorkTango from other similar products?

I have been using WorkTango for a few months. I like its point system of recognising teammates and also the points that can be used to buy some cool stuff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have been using WorkTango for a few months. It's a good platform for recognising the team. I really kind of like the point system of it. I have utilised the point to buy some cool office stuff.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With the use of WorkTango, I don't see any drawback, but the only thing I feel can be improved is when we click on the incentives tabs, the "YOUR REWARD SECTION", shows zero points. So, this bug can be fixed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good Product Go for it!

What differentiates WorkTango from other similar products?

I believe many recognition platforms have the ability to integrate with Slack, etc. but I find that to be one of the better features. It helps to share all of the recognitions, including anniversaries, etc. with the whole company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to customize the platform and add incentives that are unique to our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have a particular aspect of the product that I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's important to add new incentives and update the platform regularly to boost engagement and utilization. It's been a great tool for peer to peer recognition and our employees find it very easy to use.
