What differentiates Workgrid from other similar products?

The Chatbot is a big differentiator. When you solve a problem once, it is nice to have a place to document this and have a central resource for everyone on your front line to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using Workflows to track all of my onboarding tasks for HR, the Manager and for training new employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to take advantage of more integrations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Create ownership and goals for each feature set of the product. Keep your content fresh and implement a variety of features for your users to keep them interested and engaged. Give your employees delighters they want so they come and see your priorities for them, such as communications.
