What differentiates Workday Talent Optimization from other similar products?
Workday is more than just ATS. It provides support for the entire candidate lifecycle, from application to hiring to onboarding and beyond.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The company is innovative, and their UI is very easy to use. Compared to legacy vendors, they are much better and more intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Training is expensive. Cost is per person. Some of the training examples are not realistic. And the tool provides better support for some industries over others.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You should always do price comparisons and consider what your company/field needs. If you're looking for a full HCM solution, Workday may be a good fit. If you don't need all the bells and whistles, there are many other alternative solutions out there.

What differentiates Workday Talent Optimization from other similar products?
Actually, there are no major differentials in Workday talent management as it contains only the basic features that should be present in any talent management tool. However it is very secure and affordable. It also functions pretty well even at the time of huge load so no issues in that. It gets the work done that's what matters.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Main aspect of this product is pricing point. It is very affordable and for a customer who is expecting no nonsense product with basic features, it perfectly fits the bill. Their customer support is also very good and they are quick to resolve the any issues which you are facing. Overall it does the job which it supposed to.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface and user experience need a full overhaul because the product is not at all attractive and you need to take considerable amount of time to become familiar with this product. Also, the amount of features are also very basic and need to get improved. They also should start integrating artificial intelligence wherever possible to make this product better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall I feel this is a basic product to handle talent management and screening with average user interface and user experience. However it has all the necessary functionalities and does the job as expected. Also, the pricing is on point and very affordable. The customer support team is very supportive and help in resolving any issues. If you are looking out for a very affordable product, then this is for you.
