What differentiates Workday Talent Optimization from other similar products?

Their AI feature is perfect! You can ask the AI to find you the best candidate for the position inside your `pipeline, create a message within and send it, all in less than 3 minutes! This is something competitors will delay in implementing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their AI features and ISMS capability to keep in touch with the candidate in every way possible and at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is a bit high, but it's worth it due to the high amount of features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you love AI and use it every day, why not have an ATS that also use it? Workday is the best option!
