What differentiates Workday Strategic Sourcing from other similar products?

I like that Workday Strategic Sourcing helps keep all supplier info in one place, making it easier to track deals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard is neat, and reports are useful for checking savings and supplier performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

But the interface feels a little complicated at first, especially for new users. Some things take extra clicks to find.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helped us organize vendor contracts better and saved time in sourcing new suppliers, but took a while to get used to.

Great platform that monitors and records employee days offs, contract and employee growth.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A one-stop shop for employee days off and growth via set goals, feedback (requested from peers and self-evaluations).

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a team lead, it is impossible to view all approved vacation or time off of all employees as that is only visible to direct managers. It can be a bit frustrating as there is no overall view to check-in on the team

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product that is easily integrated into the work culture
