What differentiates Workcloud Workforce Optimization Suite from other similar products?

Overall a good solution, reliable and offers good support, a bit more expensive compared to competition but you pay for more supprort and customization

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the drag-and-drop scheduling interface is the best thing out there I find, it's very intuitive and got a lot of positive feedback on it from HR users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The implementation was a bit of a pain and the learning curve is very steep... it takes a lot of time to consider yourself comfortable with this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good but get ready to deal with some bugs and issues during implementation and get yourself a lot of time to learn it.
