I have not used other products like this

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Abilty to email candidate, share notes with team members, archive candidates, organize candidates by category and date of interview

What do you dislike most about this product?

No notification if someone moves a candidate to a different category.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Meet with your team so everyone knows how you will use the categories so you know who is hired.

So far there is nothing but maybe a more diverse assessment for education

Its a must and great tool to have to centralize your recruitment platform

Extremely simple and user friendly/intuitive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of job posting and single candidte tracking

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very limited candidate pipeline reporting capabilities and interview scorecards are really hard to customize to the point we do not use them

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Better and more detailed and more simple candidate score cards and better reporting capabilities, especially where candidates are in the pipeline specific to their name and open job
