What differentiates Workable from other similar products?
Ease of use and implementation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to manage everything on one platform in a concise and straightforward manner. It is also very easy to to bring new people up to speed on the system quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have previously found the reporting suite to be a little inflexible and irrelevant but I haven't used recently and it may have improved in the last 1-2 years.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask for a demo, it's so straightforward to implement and will save you lots of time when it comes to managing multiple candidate sourcing channels e.g. agencies, direct hire, referrals.

What differentiates Workable from other similar products?
Workable adjusts to the unique culture and hiring procedures of your business. The user interface of Workable is particularly clear and simple to use. Users will find it easy to explore and adopt thanks to its user-centered design.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that Workable lets you design bespoke workflows to match particular hiring procedures is something I like. To represent your selection process, you can define states, steps, and actions. From the platform itself, you can post job offers on numerous employment sites and social media platforms. This draws in a larger pool of people and increases the exposure of job openings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Maybe not as many integrations as on other platforms for recruiting management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is suggested that Workable makes it easier to schedule interviews and integrate candidate assessments into the hiring procedure.
