What differentiates Workable from other similar products?

We like the format we use with this software for staff recruitment everything is there for them: clear toolbar, feedback, evaluation and much more, we use it with email and text messaging features to contact candidates. Workable connects to a variety of different job boards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our entire management system is based on the evaluation and quick onboarding of potential hires to know who is the best fit for the position or position that leads to the solution centralizes resumes and interview information to help reduce time spent searching for candidate data and its timeline tells you all communication and actions taken with the candidate and the tabs organize the subject matter so you can easily see all evaluations at once.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With takes time to set up search filters by skill, experience, location as well as the ability to search job descriptions, archived positions and resumes needs to be drastically improved which takes a lot of time to search which they should make that part of the platform a little simpler and more intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Workable it is a good experience for medium to large companies that need good management for hiring such as 5-10 open applications at any given time or fast 20-30 open applications at any given time in such a way to quickly respond to applications if team members and new hiring managers can get up to speed very quickly and with minimal training from HR. With the right people in place, all management is effective in the system.

What differentiates Workable from other similar products?

We use this software in our department to recruit the personnel we need for our company. We love this software for being easy to use and for its search engine, because its filters help us to get the ideal candidate for each job position, with the characteristics, skills and experience we need for the position.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system allows us to publish the job offers on different web portals and social networks, for greater visibility. It also allows us to create a landing web page for the disclosure of our job offers. We also use the software to have control of employees, as it also has a performance, payroll and attendance management, all in the same control panel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that it is so complicated to integrate other applications that I need to work properly to the system, besides that sometimes the communication with the integrated applications fails being difficult to use within the system. We have little time with the software, so we hope that these problems are solved with each update, because its interface is easy to use and we get good results.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for an ATS that is easy to use and requires minimal user training, yet is effective at talent management, then Workable is a good choice. There may be more bells and whistles, but sometimes it just complicates the end goal. Workable is a great ATS for a small company like ours.

What differentiates Workable from other similar products?

One of the most useful features of Workable is the ability to take notes at any point along the way. You may use Workable to send and receive candidate emails through the system, including a notifications page that functions something like a telephone. It has several AI integrations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workable was able to fix a few issues. Excellent work, in my opinion. Online Video Interview and Online Assessment Test services have already been incorporated, and this was undoubtedly one of the tool's most significant enhancements. As a result, when you purchase the ATS, you get both services for free.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As Workable is still a relatively young ATS that requires updates and a little of effort, reporting and other more complicated functionalities are a bit limited. Workable isn't the best choice if you want a tool that can do whatever you want it to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Workable is an excellent choice if you're a fresh start-up looking for a system that can be used by employees at all levels of the organization. Candidate disqualification is as simple as moving them through the steps of the selection process. One-time templates, such as interview invitations, may also be uploaded and sent automatically at different stages.
