It's flexibility and biggest CRM large users differentiate it from others.Many communities are developed now of wordpress users where people discuss and exchange information with each other about wordpress.Its easy to take guidance about wordpress because of its huge user market

Highly recommend this product but use it initially with the help of any IT expert so that you can get used to it easily with having any technical issues

What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

It's a really good product that allows you freedom of choice. Which also means you have to figure out for yourself what you need and then look for it. Great if you can't go for a cookie cutter option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I've been using it for years. It never let me down. I had maintenance issues and growth issues. But never reliability issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find the e-commerce option expensive and complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, but also, prepare for the learning curve.
