What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Ease of use and seamless integration with workflow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Flexibility. I can WebEx on my work laptop and on my phone. I can join meetings from either device. I get notifications with direct links to join meetings synced between Slack and Outlook. I can even handoff my meeting from the laptop to my phone. WebEx is never a communication bottleneck.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the phone app could be better. It sometimes disconnects me from meetings if I lock my phone or switch to a different app. It also doesn’t seem to have the option to hand a meeting back to the desktop version (or if it does I haven’t found it).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Outlook and Slack integrations are great. Also take the time to really dig into all the features. I’ve seen many useful features some of my colleagues didn’t know about that were immediately useful.

Webex meetings makes your life easy as a sales rep

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
I cannot think of a solution that can do so many tasks from messaging to video conferencing all in a single application, some of webex meetings' capabilities makes it stand out amongst the rest. My clients find it easy to join, interact, annotate etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Video conferencing is FIRE, it is my fav aspect of Webex as it does not require third party solution to run meetings
What do you dislike most about this product?
As someone who has used Slack pretty extensively, i found webex to be less intuitive in comparision and the UX is a bit dull. It also does not have that many GIFs, interactive formats, etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Webex is second to none for video conferencing internally and externally, looking for a one stop solution for communication, it cannot get any better.
