What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
It is very safe and reliable to work with, you can chat with your team while in a meeting. It also features a fantastic mobile app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to install, the audio is heard very well and allows a good video quality. I like the possibility of setting up the waiting room and many security settings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven’t had any particular problems. It is very stable for large meetings with many users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very stable and a more reliable web conferencing solution that has never let us down or troubled us during high level meetings with clients or colleagues.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
It seems to me that it is a very complete tool, or at least, it has just the right functionalities, without adding excessive complexity to its options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a very complete tool, its audio and video is very good, even on low-power connections. It allows collaboration, which is important in our Smart Cities meetings. Screen sharing is very easy as our clients are not very technical.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not the most well-known tool on the market, and this is a problem with some clients. Also, as I have mentioned before, there is a lack of information and documentation in Spanish.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Webex has free features and anyone with an account can invite you to a meeting to appreciate all its features and functions. Train yourself, read manuals, study its characteristics, try the tool, and if it convinces you, you can purchase it.
