I love that Cisco Webex Meetings is so user-friendly. I can easily join a meeting from my computer or phone, and the interface is very intuitive. The features are also very helpful, like the ability to share my screen or record a meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

-The interface can be confusing for some users -The meetings can be glitchy or laggy -It can be difficult to join meetings if you are not already a Cisco Webex Meetings user

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Webex is the tool we use at work to keep in touch with both on-site and remote staff. It has made our job much simpler as it also has a remote access and screen sharing feature, which allows us to assist remote employees with issues that may arise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The use of screen sharing not only in its web version, but also in the mobile version makes it possible to resolve any issues faster. The recording functions are also very useful, especially the screen recording, to be able to make tutorials of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the system slows down, the screen freezes when making a video call and communication is lost; this has happened on some occasions, especially with employees who do not have a good internet connection. Its mobile version is not as intuitive as the web version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this software, because it has helped us a lot to improve communications between employees and customers, to solve problems with remote employees and streamline the work, getting them done efficiently in a better time. We have found all the functions and tools of this software to be very useful and helpful.
