Webex Meetings differentiates itself through its focus on enterprise-grade security, high-quality audio and video, robust AI-powered features like noise removal and real-time transcription, and its flexibility for various deployment options (cloud, hybrid).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Webex is its reliability and audio/video quality. Even during long meetings or when participants are spread across different regions, the connection tends to stay stable and clear. I also like the strong security features and the fact that it integrates well with calendars and productivity tools, making it easier to schedule and join meetings without hassle.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is that the interface can feel a bit dated and sometimes confusing compared to newer collaboration tools. Joining meetings can take a few extra clicks, and occasionally the app feels heavy on system resources. Also, the mobile experience isn’t as smooth as competitors like Zoom or Teams.
