Cisco Webex Meetings has been our main platform for organizing virtual meetings and video conferences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers strong network system for effective connection. Our organization meetings have been running well with this great product. It is easy to setup and connect with colleagues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any challenge than can affect our operation from this product.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Screen sharing, you can share applications or the desktop during the meeting, this feature in webex seems to me more flexible and specific than in other software, since you can objectively show some of your desktop. You can record meetings, locally or in the cloud. Many customization and configuration options during a videoconference, such as changing the virtual background, enabling subtitles, among other functions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco webex meetings has brought a lot of benefits in internal and external communication at work where you can collaborate effectively with the tools that this software provides. I can instantly connect to a video conference with anyone, from anywhere in the world and with any device I have at hand, it is very versatile and convenient. Cisco is quite a popular software, however I must emphasize my favorite features, such as the integrations with tools that we all use daily without having to interrupt the workflow; Outlook, Office 365, Slack, Canvas, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although I use the mobile App when I can't use my computer, I feel that it needs to improve and mature its functions, it's not the same and sometimes it gets very slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco webex certainly has more data security than other current software, it is not as inexpensive as the others, but if you want enterprise scalability and a software that can be trusted with professional video conferencing, Cisco is one of the best options.
