There are some reasons which stands out which are while using webex meetings I felt engaging, confident with enhanced and clear UI. I surprised with it's ability to enable virtual workspace environment I mean it provides meeting rooms to interact and develop communication, group discussion and other soft skills. It really provides support to instant messages, reactions and improve the conversation within the team. this is the product which basically comes to mind when we arrange the software skills or technical training to team as it helps so much to do many activities within the meeting, lot of fun as well as inspiring.

My favourite aspect is this product provides the platform to do many activities within meeting rooms, helping to engage with different teams in rooms and improves soft skills very much. Really enjoyed it

There's nothing particularly to dislike about this product as most of the features and options are helpful and engaging from time to time.

I recommend them to enjoy the product while using it and explore all options which improves soft and hard skills as well as saves time. It will be easy to use as we get start using it and engage with it

Another big difference is its strong AI and accessibility features, like real-time translations, automatic meeting summaries, and noise removal, which make meetings smoother and more inclusive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part is how reliable the audio and video quality is meetings usually feel smooth without much lag or disturbance. I also really like the real-time captions and translations, which make meetings easier to follow, especially in global teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most is that it can feel a bit less intuitive and slightly outdated compared to tools like Zoom, especially for new users. Also, pricing can be on the higher side, and some engagement features (like reactions or UI elements) feel limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d say go for Webex Meetings if your priority is security and reliability, especially for business or corporate use it’s built really solid for that. But if you’re new to video conferencing, be ready for a slight learning curve, as it’s not the most intuitive compared to some alternatives.

Interactive tools like polling, breakout rooms, and whiteboarding add an engaging element. Keeps us involved and productive throughout meetings.

‎No notable drawback. Thoughtfully designed and highly reliable for seamless video conferencing, collaboration, and enterprise communication.
