What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex has improved steadily and rapidly since the pandemic remote work needs started, which put it ahead of the competition for the professional video conferencing field. It's audio and video performance has improved a lot. Intuitive graphical user interface Unbeatable AI functions. Background noise suppression is one of my favorite features. We can hand over the role of administrator at any time during the meeting. Mute guests. Integration with Outlook to streamline the process of creating a meeting or joining one.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Should improve the update part of the mobile application (from google play store) deletes login data or causes interruptions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I don't have any special recommendation, other than that it can be a bit confusing to use at first, but it doesn't take long to learn, so it's good to get familiar with the software before implementing it.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

The previous software was a bit deficient, it had less communication capacity, but with Cisco Webex Meetings we have improved our communication with our colleagues and clients who are in other states or countries, we also increased our sales, since we became more known throughout the country because we managed to take our information to other sites that are far from our offices. We keep discovering new things and we hope they continue to be good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to use this software to have long-distance meetings is something we like very much, because we do everything from the comfort of our conference room, and it benefits us a lot because we don't spend to buy air tickets or hotel stays, because we connect from the screens of our phones and computers. I also love that this software quickly integrates into our system and maintains a stable connection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, I love all the meetings we have with this software, because it connects quickly and never disconnects unexpectedly. We have received congratulations from our clients because the members of the meetings can ask questions and solve them immediately, because the communication is in real time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very easy to recommend this software, and I honestly do it with confidence, but only you can live the experience of being able to connect many people from the comfort and security of their offices.
