I don't like that the program is inefficient in searching for contacts; they should have a more detailed list of users.

I love that screen sharing is easy allowing desktop and file sharing on the screen during video conferencing, it also offers the Whiteboard option for brainstorming, and individual and group messaging. I love that it allows me to have everything organized around my workflow.
