What do you dislike most about this product?

Cisco web-ex is a complex applications owing to which it can become difficult for users to understand all the capabilities provided by the platform. One would have to invest some time to secure the training sufficient enough to understand all the features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, Webex is a complex, yet effective tool for collaboration within teams and individuals, however the paid version is relatively costlier than the other options in the market that are popular. Also the user may need a training to understand the features in a better way. The mobile version of the platform helps users stay connected remotely.

Its easy to use even from a mobile device and this assures perfect usage to all users across various organizations.

Its affordable where there is even the free version and this ensures usage anywhere at anytime. Helps us connect and communicate with ease with our various employees and this enables them to work reliably at all times. Cisco Webex meetings empowers us to hold events virtually and this is reliable in saving costs and allowing us to work in a reliable manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes its affected by poor internet connections in its usage derailing the way we work.

At present there are many companies venturing into similar services such as virtual communications that serve for business meetings and that they can see and talk about business without the need to be physically present, only that none has an ease of use and quality as Cisco Webex has. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It will always be my favorite because it has never looked bad in any of its offers and services, technical support has always been very considerate and easy to communicate and explain any situation or problem with the platform. and I am very happy with having a communication platform with which I can trust my contacts and my information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think I could use this service for a few more years even with the failures that it could or can present sometimes, such as freezing and sometimes simple failures like it stopped working or things like that. They are problems that may have a solution by updating the software or something like that. also its cost is a bit high in my opinion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to a program to have a conversation at work, university or business, it is essential that we have a tool like Cisco Webex Meetings at our disposal and that we know how to use it, it is not very difficult, it is very easy to understand and it is very intuitive for the new User, I also want to make it clear that I have used other services but I have not been satisfied as with Cisco Webex Meetings, which has been one of the best services I have used for such purposes.
