What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

It maintains reliable security from the beginning of its introduction and can display shared screens without problems. Even with multi-person web conferencing, there are few crashes and minor conversation delays, so that you can make a conversation without problems. It is now possible to share screenshots of materials that would typically be shared face-to-face with peace of mind. Especially when teleworking was primarily performed, I could use it confidently regarding security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Security is high, and you can share screens and update confidential materials with peace of mind. It has been stable for web meetings for the two years we have used it. Webex is primarily effective for medium to large conferences. In the past, meetings were held in one location because of car travel, but with Webex, even a small number of people can hold regular meetings using a large LCD screen and a speakerphone with a microphone. We assume that 3,000 hours of travel time have been saved in a year.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recently, I feel it has become confusing due to the message that you need to link to a Cisco account. The cost is also high compared to other companies, so I would appreciate it being a little cheaper.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In recent years, several web telephony tools have been distributed. Still, Webex was the first video telephony tool with little delay, even when more than 100 people were watching simultaneously. Screen sharing is seamless, and there is no problem with many people. It also has end-to-end security so you can use it with peace of mind.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

The main reason Webex is different because of its simple, user-friendly interface. It has helpful features that other apps don't seem to have, like the ability to remove background noise. When you don't want to open your camera and respond, its emoticon reply feature comes in handy. Additionally, the video quality is outstanding.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best video conference tool that we have used or are currently using is Webex. The conference system's video and audio quality is excellent. With just one click, we can easily schedule and join the calls, invite people using direct links, share emojis, and show our hands during meetings to demonstrate our points. It's such an easy-to-use and powerful tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Perhaps it will be possible to add attendees who have received a specific meeting invite to the conference or webinar. Even though we were invited and are the primary stakeholders, we cannot enter the room until the Host gives the go-ahead.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It made it possible for us to hold excellent video conference calls, share large files during the meetings themselves, and discuss these files in-person rather than sending them via email or another tool. We even create various flow charts and diagrams to explain the process to end users on the whiteboard option. Overall, it's a fantastic tool for presentations and business meetings.

I really like this easy-to-use, comfortable and secure collaboration tool in the cloud that works successfully with the devices and their various applications, in order to improve each worker in their work while doing it as a team, with a maximum of simple use, clear audio, high definition video and with maximum security

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not dislike this tool since it has many applications to improve the teamwork of each worker in a successful way, meeting less and doing more, I really do not dislike this excellent tool at all

I recommend this excellent secure communication tool for its various functions, with the best meeting experience, designed for teams of any size with attractive, intelligent and inclusive video conferences, achieving greater productivity in an intelligent way that will help to do more with fewer meetings and showing applications to improve the teamwork of each of the workers
