What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
One of the things that sets Webex Meetings apart is the high level of security provided by Cisco. Cisco gives the application robust encryption capabilities, which is very attractive to organizations since they deal with a lot of sensitive data. A lot of similar products in the market fail to provide this high level of encryption and security measures.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Apart from the great security and encryption levels, Cisco's Webex Meetings also places high importance to the video and audio quality of the calls. This is much required in today's times, when a lot of the companies and firms have gone online or hybrid in terms of working mode. The convenience of having a reliable application like Webex Meetings definitely improves communication across the organization, and therefore is my favorite feature of the application.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While the product is great with a wide array of features, it is a little on the expensive end. Smaller organizations might need to consider these costs, as they might be a little higher than the other products. If you're using it for the first time, you might face some difficulties navigating around the application, and the learning curve is a little steep. Apart from this, there are not many drawbacks I faced or disliked about the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since the learning curve of this application is a little steep, I would highly recommend users to get good training on how to make the best use of the application, so that you are able to fully make use of the amazing breadth of features the application has to provide. If you are looking to use the mobile version of Webex, I would recommend to check the application out to make sure it matches your requirements. This is a great application, definitely one of the best in the market and would for sure recommend it for its quality.
