What differentiates Volusion from other similar products?

WE ARE LOOKING INTO OTHER OPTIONS. NOT SURE IF WE WILL STAY OR GO. BUT THE FINAL STRAW FOR ME IS WHEN VOLUSION ROLLED OUT THEIR "STSTE OF THE ART" CHECKOUT PAGE AND IT HAD BUGS THAT TOOK MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX. THIS CAUSED A LOSS OF REVENUE AND EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED RETAIL CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES WHO WERE UPSET HAVING TO DEAL WITH IT.

MAKING MONEY WITH IT.

What do you dislike most about this product?

THE ORDERS PAGE IS NOT GREAT. IT COULD BE IMPROVED BY ADDING MORE ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SHOP AROUND AND MAKE THE BEST DECISION FOR YOUR TYPE OF INDUSTRY.

Easy to manage backend for entire team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mostly reliable tool helping to create revenue

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not really optimized for global usage. Cannot handle common characters for latin / EU countries, not great when it comes to multiple currency support, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are doing business primarily in the US it is very solid.
