What differentiates Viamedici EPIM from other similar products?

Great customer support and fast response times! If we need a solution for a problem, it does not take long for them to find an easy solution we can implement or work with. The Team is very friendly, understanding and approachable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software is easy to use. It did not take long to get into. It just works!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much I can state here. The software sometimes is lacking performance, taking longer to import data, but that is mostly caused by our custom on premise solution and our company not updating the software regularly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ViaMedici EPIM offers personalized solutions that should fit most expectations. They offer easy to implement solutions for all of our needs.
