What I love most is its versatility.

What I dislike the most is the complexity of some error codes.

I would definitely recommend using it and testing it beforehand.

What differentiates Veeam Data Platform from other similar products?

It just works. Backing up our on-prem data and virtual machines and our cloud based 365 works great. We can recover onsite instantly using snapshots and previous versions and restoring guest files to previous versions from our file servers takes less than a minute.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recovery is simple, easy to do and very fast, depending on your infrastructure of course, but over a gigabit network, we can restore a 10tb file server in less than 30 minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Licensing can be expensive especially on socket licensing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just use it. Best on the market and they have a free version for up to 10 instances for back up called community edition. We used this first before buying licenses and deploying fully.
