What differentiates Validity DemandTools from other similar products?

The matching abilities are great, and the option to automate on a VM is a really nice feature

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to create different scenarios that work together to insure the highest level of deduplication, along with the ability to automate the scenarios running with Jobs Builder

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest struggle is training end users. It would be helpful if there was a more intuitive way to run a scenario for end users, rather than having to teach them to click forward on several steps without touching anything. Also, it would be nice to provide an error log to be delivered to IT anytime an error popped up. Errors frequently popped up anytime a new field was added to our Salesforce platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To have IT set it up and set up automation, and only have functional users use it for duplicates that cannot be done on an automated basis.

What differentiates Validity DemandTools from other similar products?

There really aren't many other vendors that provide such a detailed suite of data management products for Salesforce

Ease of use and ability to automate

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a bit of a learning curve and the training was hard to find initially. But the training library is extensive once found

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
