What differentiates V2 Cloud from other similar products?

The all-in-one superior product & support at an affordable cost for small accounting & tax businesses. 2 previous providers either lacked immediate support response or lacked features, but not both. They also kept increasing costs significantly when it came to RAM and Storage space which was quite annoying. I find V2 Cloud's upgrades reasonable and easy to increase or lower those upgrades by me the Administrator.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability as the Administrator to make changes, add/remove staff for the software which makes my life much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The latency could be a bit better, but it is not terrible by any means.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely use the trial period to try it out. They won't be disappointed.
