I do not like the cluttered menus.

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

UKG ready has a specific user base of mainly mid sized businesses and it has a full focus on it's base users whereas other softwares tries to target multiple segments of businesses, that's make them not a good fit for a company looking for a specialized software for their need and their workforce. The software is integrated with advanced AI for scheduling and compliance and it has this mainly two areas where AI has major focus on, that's not limited to these two only but Leave management, custom payroll and much more which makes a big difference when we compare similar tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool comes with a flow of tasks that's make it a all in one software for us. This cimbines HR, Time Tracking, Payroll, scheduling and benefits management, all under one platform that helps us reduce time of shifting from one tool to another. This tool is also a great fit for employees as this provides them with a robust mobile app where they can access Pay stubs, requests leave, and it's not only limited to that but the mobile app works offline as well for the time tracking, which informs the head once the network is connected back.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This tool has a steep learning curve, making it difficult for the 1st time users. Although employee say that platform is feature - rich but at the same time, they require a good training to start working on it. Another would be, this product doesn't display pricing publicly but it is vauge in nature, which makes it less reliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation would be to go for this tool specifically if yoi are a mid cap firm and looking for a robust all in one HR and Payroll tool. Other bigger companies can avoid it as it doesn't have support for that.

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

In an agency like ours where roles open and close fast, and hiring cycles need to move at pace, UKG Ready hit the right balance. It fits because it keeps hiring workflows structured without slowing us down with too much process. We handle campaigns, influencer partnerships, and client rebriefs almost weekly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The requisition cloning is a beast in the sense that it saves hours. I run seasonal hiring sprints where I bring in ten content strategists or creative freelancers in one go. Instead of building each role from scratch, I just tweak the cloned post and update tags

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analytics are underwhelming. I wanted to slice funnel data by campaign type, role seniority, and hiring manager — but the filters feel shallow. I had to export into Google Sheets to build something that would actually tell me where drop-offs happen

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re recruiting in a fast-paced creative or agency setting, UKG Ready works best when you customise workflows early. Don’t rely on default pipeline stages — define them based on your creative cycle. Also, link it with your marketing calendars if you’re hiring around campaign launches.
