What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

Definitely a better product, no comparison having used at least 4 other leading payroll engines, still missing some features to make even better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payroll processing is a so easy to use and once you get to know some of features you won't find any easier product

What do you dislike most about this product?

Viewing employees' earnings, we should have available a tab for QTD and or select from to Dates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe having used several versions of ADP, Ceridian and Costpoint, this product is definitely the best.
