What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

HR management and attendance marking is quite comfortable using UKG Ready.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I prefer the easy dashboard that makes it less cumbersome to mark attendance especially when I am late for work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not missed marking my attendance in this amazing HR tool

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Must install this Human resource tool for day to day usage.

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

The system seems to have a very specific way of doing things. We had to change some of our internal processes to match how the software works.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it helps us to stay compliant with labor laws. The system is kept up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations, which gives me peace of mind as a business owner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not very flexible. I wish we could customize it more to fit our unique needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a standard business, this will work well. If you are unique, it might be a struggle.

UKG Ready is a beast when it comes to reporting data and sending meaningful data points to leadership.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting and the ease of payroll - the checklists are great!

What do you dislike most about this product?

If not fully implemented, its messy. There is so much to know about the system it is very difficult to jump in and get started... the learning center really isn't that great. If they had classes and personalized coaches they really would set themselves apart.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a beast and can do a lot of things but will take time to learn all the bells and whistles of the system. Don't give up on it.
