What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

UKG Ready is all one system. There is no need to have a payroll/HR system along with Timekeeping/Scheduling.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of report building exporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ability to handle multiple jobs within a bigger organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think of your organization size and if your employees have more than one position.

UKG provides an all-in-one product. This create efficiencies and a better experience for both the employee and the HR/Payroll teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's an all-in-one product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost associated with service requests such as setting-up and updating electronic feeds.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

UKG listens to their clients. They have great support and a very robust set of products and they release updates quarterly, much of what is suggested by current clients. We love that it can be an all-in-one or you can purchase a la carte. The pricing is fair for what they offer, but there are additional/substantial fees associated with some support requests.

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

Definitely a better product, no comparison having used at least 4 other leading payroll engines, still missing some features to make even better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payroll processing is a so easy to use and once you get to know some of features you won't find any easier product

What do you dislike most about this product?

Viewing employees' earnings, we should have available a tab for QTD and or select from to Dates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe having used several versions of ADP, Ceridian and Costpoint, this product is definitely the best.
