Even folks without a coding background can build basic automations using drag-and-drop features and pre-built templates. This makes it a versatile tool that can be used across different departments, not just by developers

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The visual workflow editor is a winner. It lets you see the automation process unfolding step-by-step, which makes it easy to understand, troubleshoot, and modify. No more getting lost in lines of code – you can see exactly what the robot is doing at each stage

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integrating it with other systems can require coding expertise, and debugging complex workflows can be a bit of a challenge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The user-friendly interface and pre-built tools make it a good starting point for RPA. Try it!
