Amazing RPA tool to avoid human error. We tested it for few reviews, and the results were amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UiPath was more helpful. as we where working closely with our software team who build the end coding to run this automation. We need to give few data points which was required to undergo this automation testing tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bit complicated to use all the features. You can leverage the training demo to give you a direction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Licensing cost can be bit less.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What really impresses me is the platform's user-friendly design, especially the Studio interface. You can build workflows visually, dragging and dropping actions instead of writing endless lines of code. The integration capabilities are another highlight; it plays nicely with tools like SAP, Salesforce, and even legacy systems. And let’s talk about its ability to handle attended and unattended automation—seamlessly blending tasks that require a human touch with those that don’t. It’s a flexible powerhouse.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The licensing model can be a bit convoluted, especially for teams trying to scale up their automation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

UiPath has brought significant efficiency gains to our company. Beyond just saving time, it’s reduced human error in critical processes like invoice validation and system updates. For IT, that’s a huge win; fewer errors mean fewer fire drills. It’s also democratized automation within our organization, allowing non-technical teams to design and deploy bots with minimal hand-holding from IT.

UiPath has AI & Machine learning. The main advantage of using UiPath is it has Cross platform automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cross Platform automation is my favorite aspect in UiPath.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost is bit too high.. It doesn't have Dashboard & Reporting. Should have included all for the cost which they are charging.

If you are looking for a Automation platform which supports Desktop, web & mainframe. Then UiPath Business Automation Platform is the right one to go.
