What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

UiPath has more capabilities compared to other RPA tools and the reliability of automation is also great, very stable. Also for legacy application automation UiPath work flawlessly. The other part is that for Invoice processing the UiPath DU capabilities are amazing and the accuracy is very high compared to other tool sin the market

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is Maestro where where we have various types of business orchestration like Flow based, case management and BPMN. In flow we get a visual friendly flowchart like interface where we can create coding agents easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only the license cost and the technical support. License cost is very high compared to other tools and the basic support is only via email even if it's a production issue, so resolution time is quite high, otherwise you need to purchase paid support plans.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a good platform for both RAP as well as Agentic AI, I don't think any other tools provide a complete orchestration like UiPath for both Agentic and RPA.

It is simple to use, using simple CSV files. No bigger configuration, no development needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Orchestration for migration of the server. For upgrade of servers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There could be more option available for installation or uninstallation of apps while migration of the servers
