What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

I can't really say if Uipath differs from the others, because it is the first automation software that we have implemented in the company, since we started with Uipath robots we decided that it was a cost-effective and very scalable solution, since it has a free version for first users and a University to receive training to improve the use of this software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

At one point I thought that having RPA was unnecessary for us and much more Uipath, because I did not know the advantages of bots performing our tasks, I thought it was more efficient with people, because they had the power of decision, but I was wrong. Because Uipath robots do a better job than us, they are very good at doing what we want.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At first we found the price a problem after using the free version, but after seeing the results obtained with the robots, we were happy to pay the price, since it is proportional to the results obtained by automating our tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are not that handy at first, don't worry, because using the orchestrator is very easy and with time and practice you will develop a better ability to program the robots.

once we started using this platform we realized that a really useful and efficient platform since then just to use it and we have increased the data operations with it the data aggregation calculations in the database query are done through this incredible product and the results obtained are better and better although it was our first company to venture into this very good angry environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Among the good things that this product offers is the integration with legacy applications which saves a good amount of time when downloading data and also allows integration with AI and Python models. In addition, the reports are delivered smoothly thanks to the good integration it has with different APIs and its good debugging tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It could have a configuration perhaps a little more granular to favor users, and some of its APIs need better adjustments to achieve the proper integration required by this system that is in constant movement and constant flow and exchange of data. The learning curve also has to be a bit long which makes the learning time play against the interests of the company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very good, it is a product that I really recommend, especially when it comes to making and extracting different terms from some documents or from a specific document, and due to its exquisite tools, UIPath solves everything in an excellent way. In addition, we must take into account how necessary it is in this new world in which we live to keep everything connected, organized and structured in a fast way.

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

Implementing RPA with UiPath is much faster and easier than with other programs, it was designed for everyone without the need for us to be experts in automation. Data encryption and filtering processes which is what helps me the most. Many commands for everyday applications with the simple drag and drop. It has great capacity, scalability and agility in complex processes without losing control of security and limits. Quickly clone the patterns you assign to each action.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automating repetitive tasks with Uipath has been the best thing in my work since it has allowed me to perform with a lighter and more productive workflow by focusing on tasks that need more of my cognitive responses. Uipath brings many positive consequences, even with a small or growing company, money and time can be saved in production infrastructure or initial hardware. Various tasks of invoice assignment, order and flow records in data processing, e-mails, code customization and other complex tasks are handled by Uipath. It's more affordable than other RPA software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Previously I wrote something about its interface, but the truth is there is nothing else that UiPath needs, neither I have experienced errors from its automation, it has been very helpful in my work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I certainly recommend UiPath because of my experience with the software. It is ideal for all types of companies, it is customizable from the simplest task to the most complex ones that usually use the same designers. UiPath offers tranquility and speeds up the workflow without spending too much on different software for each action that needs to be automated. It brings updates one better than the other.
