What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

Our first experience in automation was with this product and it was so good that we did not change to any more, since the initial stage UIpath has not given very good results, especially thanks to its excellent RPA functions. Almost all data operations go through this product from data aggregation to calculations and database queries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has quite good functions, quite effective tool, which makes working with this product give us great rewards. Its user interface is quite good and allows you to perform long activities in a short time. It is an easy product to learn and therefore users with little time before the company quickly adapt to it, providing great efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The test framework of the purchase packages are sometimes a bit limiting and do not allow users to understand the real operation of this product, generally generating many doubts and making people not inclined towards constant use of it. there are some debugging tools that also in my opinion are not up to the standard of the rest of the tools that this product has.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Without a doubt, I recommend it to any organization, especially if they have in mind the realization of different processes with a low volume of data but that require a fast delivery of the same. It is easy to use and adapt to the different departments in the company in order to obtain the benefits of the digital integration of the different parts of a whole and thus improve the efficiency of the company.

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

The process to understand Uipath in our company is very simple, we receive the verification of premium payments from our agents and policyholders by email at different times and in different formats. We perform the automated online bank reconciliation from the information received by various financial institutions. Then, it makes a validation between its payment system and SAP in order to have control of our liquidity and of the income and expenses of money. Through the use of Uipath, we generate the reading of movements of the different banks in their payment system and in SAP

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

60% savings in process execution time. We increased the security of customer response. We avoid the accumulation of invoices for the end of the month or of the year. Uipath reports allow you to extract the payment report automatically. Using Uipath we greatly increase accuracy, mitigating the risks of calculations or mismanagement of information. Our users can now have time to work on other activities that generate greater value for our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user when entering the local application (Client Server) and downloading the files takes a long time to work. Understanding the application requires a high level of knowledge in order to get the most out of Uipath. The process requires the reception, classification and review of large volumes of information, which arrive in different formats and structures.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Uipath you can execute processes, workflows and know the operation and consumption of its architecture in real time, which allows us to control our processes and their results.

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

Uipath has the best functions for automating simple and complex processes. It has reduced working capital, improved accuracy, and increased the speed of enablement for the customer. Provides ease and efficiency in automating business processes using RPA, in addition to its ability to process other types of automation and the integration of web services, APIs and databases.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Uipath is very easy to use and with a very nice user interface, which allows anyone with basic coding knowledge to learn the tool and start automating. It is very effective for automating day-to-day routines, from sending and receiving emails, reading PDF files, Excel spreadsheets, extracting structured web data, and more. Also, it is ideal for automating data processing and facilitates integration between legacy systems that are used on a daily basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are not many negative aspects to mention, they should only improve the cognitive automation that is their weak point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform integrates most of the desired features needed to automate both simple and complex activities, while keeping development complexity low. I recommend it.
