The email deliverability is great, my emails actually reach people's inboxes instead of spam folders. The analytics show me exactly what's happening with each email and the API makes it easy to integrate with our website and apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What differentiates Twilio SendGrid Email API from other similar products?

It gives modern dashboard i.e very easy to navigate, we can create, track and send email campaigns very quickly. It has inbuilt automation tools that helps in workflow and triggering the events. Customer support is really good & offers 24/7. It gives two factor authentication that saves us from illegal access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drag & drop features saves time in creating professional emails, It handle large volumes of email very efficiently without any latency. It gives the API i.e very easy to integrate with our custom application also seamlessly integrated with third party tools like Salesforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such issue but in free plan it provides limited features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Always suggest to every marketing department, it is fabulous product.
