At the end of the day we left Zenefits for ADP.

What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?

At the time, Zenefits was lacking in robust features for our HR team. We switched because the management options weren't great. I personally love the UX from an end-user perspective, but we switched to ADP Workforce Now because of the better admin tools and integrations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UX was really clean and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It was a little barebones on features at the time. Benefits were managed outside this tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I currently use JustWorks and I am a huge fan. Everything I need is there. Tax forms, Benefits, Time Off, Company LMS. Zenefits didn't have this at the time we were using it.
