What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
A vertical dashboard is used to handle broad information about that company sector, while additional dashboards are used to track where we are in the sales funnel for each unique project. Trello enables me to prioritize projects, visualize their upload, and know where we are in the course of each project, and it offers an excellent feedback loop. It has made my life as a Project Manager lot simpler, and I enjoy the notification feature since it reminds me to check Trello for updates if I don't check them myself. I mostly utilized it for document tracking inside my business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Trello has many amazing features, but my favorite is the simplicity of use provided by all of the drag and drop controls. You may also assign tasks to team members and build step-by-step checklists. This is an excellent method for organizing your lists, creating a project overview, and taking fast snapshots. I also appreciate the simplicity of customizing, drag and drop, and email onboarding. I enjoy how simple it is to manage your workflow, such as establishing deadlines, offering comments, and tagging certain people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far, I'm pleased with the service I've received from Trello and haven't found anything to complain about. He also does more than we first imagined. However, if you are not a very large firm, the premium version may not be for you due to its high cost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an excellent piece of software with several useful features. It will simplify your life by centralizing duties and making progress more visible. Make sure to educate your users so that everyone can benefit from the experience and fully utilize the product. Take care to customize the notification settings to your preferences. I have it set to update me whenever a task is altered, but if you prefer less emails, you can modify it to once a day or once a week. If you don't already have a solution for repeated workflow operations, you should use Trello.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Trello has a standout approach to project management using mobile phones. Unlike with some other PM software that I used previously, the features on the mobile app completely mirrors those present on the native desktop app. The above allows for anyone to be able to follow up on project activities and assign tasks to team mates without needing desktop access.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Trello excels when it comes to team collaboration. With features like comments, document sharing, notifications , @ mentions for team mates and so on. Using the aforementioned, it's straight-forward to assign cards ( tasks, goals ) to teammates , comment on assigned cards and keep all project conversations centralized in one location.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Trello does not provide out of the box analytics and reporting. This has left us relying on Power ups ( integration with other application ) for actionable insights around real time project metric and statistics. I must mention that whatever analytical quality generated using the Power up workaround, it is nothing like in-built reporting for project management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a team , we have been using Trello mainly for its simplistic design and approach to managing projects . For me , its lack of a proper analytics feature for projects makes it a tricky choice for managing complex projects.

- Helps Innovate
